The final phase of 2011 National Championship Sitball & Sitting Volleyball at RUSIZI this weekend

The 2011 National Championship Sitball and Sitting Volleyball will get end this Sunday, the 19th June, 2011 at Rusizi District/Western Province on sport grounds of GIHUNDWE Secondary School.
The Championship which started in March 2011, had to be in 4 phases but, caused by misorganisation of 3rd phase in Musanze District, the NPC Rwanda decided to cancel that phase. 21 teams in total participated which is divided into 3 categories: Women (9 teams) they participated in Sitball, Men they are divided in 2 categories (1st division with 6 teams they participated in Sitball and Sitting Volleyball and 2nd division with 6 teams they participated in Sitball only).

This weekend they will be playing for the final points so that the first 3 teams per each category get their Cups and prices. The Disability Organisations and Families are invited to enjoy and celebrate the final of this National Championship which will take place in Western Province/Rusizi for the First time in History of Sport movement in Rwanda. This is the innovation of NPC Rwanda this year in its mission of integrating people with disabilities in Rwandan sociaty through sports.
